All services will be provided as specified in the written agreement between Empire RNY and the client. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing.

3.2 Timeline and Delays

While we strive to meet all project deadlines, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. We will communicate any delays promptly.

4. Payment Terms

• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are subject to change with notice

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund terms vary by project type and stage. Specific terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials created by Empire RNY remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Usage rights will be specified in the project agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Empire RNY's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation
2. Mediation
3. Binding arbitration

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal actions shall be brought in the courts of New York.
